Synopsis

Review:

Mackenzie can't wait to get her senior year over with. The faster school let's out, the faster she can get away from her abusive father. She barely has money because her father can't keep a job.

Hayes is the popular football player who has money. He sleeps around.  He gets partnered up with Mac in class and from there, they are in each other's lives.

Hayes is drawn to Mac and he isn't quite sure why. She beautiful,smart, and nothing like the other girls. Mac can't figure out why Hayes wants anything to do with her.

Hayes finds out about the abuse and can't stand it. His feeling for Mac grow, as so hers. Something happens and he doesn't see her for months. When they do see each other, Hayes quickly finds out something he didn't know.

I love the attraction between these 2, even as friends. You can't help but fall in love with not only Hayes and Mac, but the other characters as well. My heart broke a few times while reading! I fell in love with this book and cannot wait for more.
